Beyond The Ball
Beyond The Ball is an organization that offers recreational sport programming to the gang-affected west end neighborhoods of Chicago. Already connected to the Chicago Blackhawks organization, Beyond the Ball uses the power of sport to change lives, give hope, reclaim urban space for the community and develop a culture of opportunities for youth and families. The program guides young people and teaches personal and social responsibility through sports. The program is investing in youth to grow community leaders for the future serving the Little Village and North Lawndale neighborhoods on the west side of Chicago.
